Everyone struggles with life from time to time and talking to someone who is not a close friend or family member can help. Counselling is not just beneficial when faced with an emotional crisis but also if you are considering or struggling with changes in your life or just feel ‘stuck in a rut’.
I offer you a safe place to talk. I will listen to you without judgement. You are free to be open and honest as our sessions are confidential. Together we will look at what you are concerned about and gain an understanding of how best to move forward.
Choosing to come for counselling can be very daunting and finding a counsellor you are happy to work with can be hard. To make this a little easier, I offer a 30 minute introduction session. This is an opportunity for us both to get to know each other, for you to ask any questions and to decide if I am the right counsellor for you.
